Cynthia A. Fields Tate

TAMPA-Mrs. Cynthia Anne Fields Tate, 54, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Florida Hospital in Tampa. Mrs. Tate was born on August 6, 1958 in Tampa, FL and she remained a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Lutz, and a 1976 graduate of Hillsborough High School. Mrs. Tate was preceded in death by her mother, Carmen S. Moody Fields, and brother, Robert Eric Fields. She is survived by her loving husband, David B. Tate, Tampa, FL; sons, Bryan Tate, Tampa, FL, Eric James Tate, Wewahitchka, FL; daughter, Robyn Marie Roche, Land O'Lakes, FL; father, Bobby Fields, Lutz, FL; grandchildren, Destiny Sky Roche and Kylana Denyse Roche.
