Mrs. Jean B Greenwood

FORT MEADE - Mrs. Jean B. Greenwood, 84, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015 in Winston-Salem, NC. Jean was born January 24, 1931 in Milan, OH to her parents, Edwin J. and Evelyn Shahan Berk. She moved to Fort Meade 38 years ago, and currently resided in Babson Park, FL. Jean was the office manager and bookkeeper for Greenwood Chevrolet in Fort Meade, and several other of the Greenwood family dealerships. She was a member of the Howland Community Church in Warren, OH, and enjoyed traveling, gardening, and writing her memoirs. One of the most important things in life for Jean was spending time with her family, and taking them all on an annual family trip together.
She is survived by her loving husband, Bud Greenwood, Babson Park, FL; daughter, Holly Elliott and husband Bob, Fort Meade, FL; sons, Keith Snow and wife Denise, Babson Park, FL, Scott Snow and wife Marty, Dublin, OH; step-sons, Danny Greenwood, Cortland, OH, Terry Greenwood and wife Cathy, Cortland, OH, Greg Greenwood, and wife Alice, Warren, OH; sister, Dona Mann, Branford, FL; seventeen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorial services will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 28th, 2015 at the Howland Community Church in Warren, OH with Rev. Phil Smith and Rev. Mary Ann Smart officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
