Sharon L. Davis

FORT MEADE - Sharon L. Evans Davis, 61, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in Lakeland, FL. Sharon was born December 19, 1953 in Bartow, and was a resident of Fort Meade for many years. She was a teacher at The Oaks School in Bartow and a 1971 graduate of Fort Meade High School. Sharon loved to make friends and was always willing to help anyone in need.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Durell A. Evans Sr. and Ovetta Edwards Evans; and her brother, Durell A. "Buckshot" Evans, Jr.
Sharon is survived by her sons, Andrew Davis and Ariel, Autin, TX and Michael Davis and Alexandria, Lakeland, FL; grandchildren, Kelsi Davis and Jacob Davis.
Memorial services will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Hancock Funeral Home, 945 East Broadway, Fort Meade, FL
