Sharrona Maria Young

FORT MEADE - Mrs. Sharrona Maria Young, 53, passed away Tues., May 17, 2011 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Sebring, FL. Mrs. Young was born September 24, 1957 in Bartow, FL and was a lifelong resident of Fort Meade. She was a pediatric nurse and a homemaker. Mrs. Young studied nursing in Sydney, Australia, and her family prides her with being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She attended the Eloise United Methodist Church. Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her father, James Allen Barnes. She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Allan Young, Fort Meade; sons, David Wallace, Fort Meade, FL, Joshua Kasubaski, Wauchula, FL, Andy Throgmorton, Joplin, Missouri; daughter, Kimberly Heather Spare, Fort Meade, FL; mother, Dorothy J. Brimhall, Rockledge, FL; brother, Floyd Brimhall, Rockledge, FL; sisters, Angela Brimhall, Hebersprings, Arkansas, Sony Paytton, Corpus Christi, TX, Patricia Lynne Whitefield and Jeanne Morton, both of Fort Meade, FL; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held 6:00pm-8:00pm, Fri., May 20, 2011 at Hancock Funeral Home, Fort Meade. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Sat., May 21, 2011 at the Hancock Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
