WAUCHULA - Mrs. Doris J. Sweikowski, 75, passed away Saturday, January11, 2020 at her home in Wauchula, FL. Doris was born July 6, 1944 in Troy, AL, and has been a resident of Hardee County, FL for many years. She was retired from Wauchula State Bank, where she worked in the loan department for many years; she was a graduate of Hardee High School, and a member of Lake Dale Baptist Church in Wauchula.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Bessie Wilson Ellis.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Sweikowski, Wauchula, FL; sons, Richard Revell, Lakeland, FL and Tony Revell, Avon Park, FL; sisters, Betty Shiver, Bowling Green, FL, and Linda Dickey, Zoloft Springs, FL; two grandchildren, Benjamin Keith Revell, and Kimberly Revell.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in the sanctuary of Lake Dale Baptist Church, 3102 Heard Bridge Rd., Wauchula, FL 33873, with Pastor Albert M. Blum officiating.
