Mr. Jewel Edmond Andrews Jr.

FORT MEADE - Mr. Jewel Edmond Andrews, Jr., 83, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017 at his home in Fort Meade. Mr. Andrews was born February 8, 1934 in St. Louis, MO and moved to Fort Meade from Bowling Green, FL in 2010. He was a commercial truck driver for many years for the logging and citrus industries.

Mr. Andrews was preceded in death by his daughter and son-in-law, Lillian and Orville Schollmeyer; parents, Jewell and Mary Pace Andrews.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Andrews; sons, Jewel Andrews and wife Donna, Wesley Andrews and wife Debbie, Arthur Andrews and wife Christy, Mark Andrews and wife Michelle, Walter Andrews and wife Erika, Anthony Andrews and wife Katie, Donald Andrews and wife Brittany, Jewel Edmond Andrews, II; daughters, Maria Guerra, Melissa Terry and husband William, Heather Henderson and husband David, Lavinia Andrews; seven brothers; five sisters; numerous grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, June 25, 2017 at the Fort Meade Peace River Park.
