Robert Eric Fields

LUTZ - Mr. Robert Eric Fields, 46, passed away Sun., March 18, 2012 in Tampa. Mr. Fields was born Oct. 13, 1965 in Tampa, FL, and was a life long resident of Hillsborough County. He was a Medical Coder, member of the OSG, and of the Church of Christ faith. Mr. Fields was preceded in death by his mother, Carmen Sherry Moody Fields on Dec. 24, 2011. He is survived by his daughter, Christy Lynn Huffman Fields, Portland, OR; father, Bobby Gene Fields, Lutz, FL; sister Cindy Tate and husband David, Tampa, FL; nephews, Bryan Tate, Eric Tate, niece, Robyn Tate Roche, and husband Dennis; great-nieces, Destiny and Kylana.
