Mr. Steven Mark Hawes, Sr.

FORT MEADE - Mr. Steven Mark Hawes, Sr., 57, passed away suddenly at Lake Wales Medical Center on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 of heart failure. Mr. Hawes was born August 29,1961 in Marlboro, Massachusetts, and moved to Fort Meade five years ago from St. Cloud, FL. He was a Security Guard for the River Ranch West Gate, and formerly worked in the security department of Walt Disney World in Orlando for nearly 30 years. Mr. Hawes was a U.S. Air Force Reserves member, and of the Episcopal faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alan F. and Pauline Robert Hawes.

Mr. Hawes is survived by his loving wife, Diane Renee Hawes, Fort Meade, FL; sons, Steven Mark Hawes, Jr., Elyria, OH, Anthony James Hawes, St. Cloud, FL, Thomas Alexander Hawes, Fort Meade, FL, and his daughter Tiffany Hawes-Terry and husband Daniel, Elyria, OH; brothers, Alan F. Hawes, Jr., Fort Valley, GA, and David Hawes, Boca Raton, FL; grandchildren, Aries, Oliver, Noah, Austin, and Zachary.

Private funeral services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the organization of choice, if so desired.
