FORT MEADE - Mr. Thomas Lee Riddlebarger, 71, passed away at his home in Fort Meade, FL on Friday, February 15, 2019. Mr. Riddlebarger was born September 9, 1947 in Union City, IN and was a resident of Fort Meade for many years. He worked 37 years and retired as a Flowt Operator with IMC Fertilizer and Mosaic.
Mr. Riddlebarger was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Woodrow Riddlebarger and Betty Shockney Riddlebarger; and his brother, John Riddlebarger.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Doris R. Riddlebarger, Fort Meade, FL; sons, Thomas L.W.J.D. Riddlebarger, Brazoria, TX, and Caleb Riddlebarger, Lancaster, PA; daughters, Michelle Nelson and husband Floyd, Fort Meade, FL, Teresa Senterfitt and husband John, Fort Meade, FL; brother, Carl Riddlebarger, of Virginia; sister, Terri Lewis of Michigan; grandchildren, Ashley, Anthony, Katarina, Zachary, Faith; and his longtime companion dog “Man-Man.”
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from the graveside in Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Meade, with Pastor Kenny Slay officiating.
