Wayne Lee, Jr.

FORT MEADE - Mr. Freeman Wayne Lee, Jr., 72, passed away Sat., June 2, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Lee was born in Bedford, Indiana on December 10, 1939, and moved to Fort Meade from Arcadia 30 years ago. He was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator for Polk County Board of County Commissioners, a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving in Korea, and of the Church of God faith. Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his father, Freeman Wayne Lee, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Terrie Lee, Fort Meade, FL; mother, Mavis Lee, Bedford, IN; sons, Randy Lee, Bedford, IN, Jon Mark Lee, Tampa, FL, Alex Lee, Lake Wales, FL, Patrick Lee, Fort Meade, FL; daughters, Terri Beth Dixon, Bloomington, IN, Sherry Lee, Scottsboro, AL, Lori Rigger, Bedford, IN; seventeen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 3:00pm - 4:00pm, Thursday, June 7, 2012 at the Cornerstone Church of God, 10 S. Seminole Ave., Fort Meade. Funeral services will follow at 4:00pm with Rev.
